With email being such a key pillar of StyleBlueprint’s business, their team needed to know without a doubt their emails were reaching their audience. Email inbox rules are strict and invisible. The StyleBlueprint team was concerned messages were reaching the spam folder as they saw falling web sessions and overall engagement.
Solution
AudiencePoint integrated with StyleBlueprint’s email service provider ActiveCampaign to measure inbox placement for StyleBlueprint’s subscribers. AudiencePoint’s Inbox Placement technology tracked all 180,000 active StyleBlueprint subscribers and deterministically identified which emails were being inboxed or sent to spam for over 110,000 actual subscribers.
Results
Within the first week of tracking inbox placement, major deliverability issues were identified with Yahoo Mail across all ActiveCampaign customers. The AudiencePoint team worked with Yahoo directly to resolve the issue. The results were felt immediately. Total engaged sessions, directly attributed to StyleBlueprint’s email program, increased 29.22% and events per session increased 38.76% in the first month.
