AudiencePoint and Klaviyo integration
The AudiencePoint Klaviyo integration connects your Klaviyo account so you can import Klaviyo segments as AudiencePoint Audiences, run analyses, and write scores back into Klaviyo profiles. The integration uses OAuth, meaning AudiencePoint will hand you off to Klaviyo to complete authentication. No credentials are entered in AudiencePoint directly.

What does this integration do?
- Imports Klaviyo segments into AudiencePoint as Audiences.
- Scores subscribers based on engagement and reachability.
- Writes AudiencePoint scores back into Klaviyo profiles.
Before you begin
Make sure you have the following:
- Access to your AudiencePoint account.
- Access to your Klaviyo account with permissions to authorize third-party integrations.
- At least one populated segment in Klaviyo.
Any active Klaviyo account can connect this integration, including the free plan. If your organization runs high-volume analyses, note that Klaviyo’s free plan has API rate limits that may affect performance. Contact your AudiencePoint representative if you have questions about your specific setup.
Step 1: Create the integration
Log in to AudiencePoint and click on Integrations in the top menu.
Click New and select Klaviyo OAuth Integration from the list of integration types.
Step 2: Select features
Enable the following features for this integration.
- Data Ingestion — imports data from Klaviyo into AudiencePoint for analysis.
- Audience Creation — allows AudiencePoint to build Audiences from your Klaviyo segments.
- (Optional) Profile Update — writes AudiencePoint scores back into Klaviyo profiles.
Step 3: Name the integration
Give the integration a descriptive name.
Step 4: Save and authenticate
Click Save. AudiencePoint will redirect you to Klaviyo to complete authentication.
Log in to your Klaviyo account when prompted. If your organization has more than one Klaviyo account, you will have the option to select which account to connect before proceeding.
Once you authorize the connection, Klaviyo will return you to AudiencePoint and the integration will be marked as active.
Step 5: Select a segment
After authentication completes, AudiencePoint will display a list of available segments from your Klaviyo account. Select the segment you want to use as the basis for your Audience.
Verify the connection
- The integration appears in your Integrations list.
- The integration status shows as active.
- No errors or warnings are displayed.
- Your selected features are shown as enabled.
